These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, API consumers, and organizations using ThinkQ's document training, website indexing, sandbox testing, and AI deployment services.
You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental or guardian consent to register an account and use ThinkQ.
If you are registering on behalf of an enterprise or organization, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We may update these terms as our platform evolves. Continued use signifies acceptance.
ThinkQ reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting an updated version on our website or sending an email notification to registered users.

Guidelines on account usage, document training, and API integrations.
ThinkQ provides an AI chatbot training and deployment workspace. You may upload supported document formats (PDFs, docs, text) and index approved website URLs to train custom AI models.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your workspace.
Prohibited activities and rules regarding usage of our infrastructure.
You agree not to misuse ThinkQ's platform or infrastructure. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, reverse engineer our AI pipeline, or deploy chatbots designed to deceive or harass end users.
You retain ownership of your uploaded knowledge data and training material.
You retain all ownership rights to the documents, text, and website contents you upload or crawl via ThinkQ. We do not claim ownership over your custom training data.
By uploading data to ThinkQ, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to host, process, and convert your data into vector embeddings for powering your AI chatbot responses.
You may not upload hate speech, illegal material, copyrighted material without permission, or personally identifiable data belonging to third parties without consent.
Your rights to export, manage, and request deletion of your data.
You have the right to delete your trained knowledge bases, remove indexed website content, and purge chat history at any time through your workspace dashboard.
Upon account deletion, all associated documents, trained vectors, prompt logs, and API credentials will be permanently erased within 30 days.
Terms governing subscription plans, token top-ups, and payments.
ThinkQ offers Starter (Free) and Pro (Paid) billing tiers, as well as token add-on packs. Fees for paid plans and add-on packs are processed securely via our payment gateway partners.
Prompt and completion token usage is calculated per message interaction based on AI model parameters. Top-up token packs and subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
How we address copyright infringement notices and DMCA takedowns.
ThinkQ respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. If you believe your copyrighted work has been improperly uploaded to our platform, please submit a notice to support@softcodingsolutions.com.
Disclaimers regarding AI response accuracy and warranty limitations.
ThinkQ provides AI responses based on probabilistic language models. While our vector retrieval system targets your provided data, AI outputs may occasionally contain errors or hallucinations. You are advised to review sensitive AI responses prior to business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softcoding Solutions and ThinkQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or AI-generated output.
Governing law, jurisdiction, and severability of provisions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, India.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
