When you use ThinkQ, we collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, upload documents, configure website indexing, or communicate with customer support.
Information collected includes your name, email address, password hash, workspace settings, uploaded document files, website URLs, and token consumption data.
How your uploaded data is used to generate embeddings and train AI.
We use the information collected exclusively to deliver, maintain, and optimize ThinkQ services. Your uploaded training data is converted into high-dimensional vector embeddings stored securely for your specific chatbot instance.
We NEVER sell your personal data or use your confidential documents to train public AI foundation models.
Measures taken to encrypt documents and restrict unauthorized access.
Your files are encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Vector embeddings are isolated per workspace to prevent cross-tenant data leakage.
Access to raw training files is strictly limited to authorized automated pipelines. Softcoding Solutions employees cannot view your document contents except when assisting with explicit support requests.

We partner with reputable infrastructure providers to operate ThinkQ. These sub-processors are legally bound to protect your data with standards equal to or exceeding our own policy.
Usage of local storage, cookies, and authentication tokens.
ThinkQ uses browser LocalStorage and essential session cookies to remember authentication tokens, selected billing plans, and user UI preferences.
You can control or clear cookies via your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may impact account login functionality.
How long we store your training files and chat session records.
We retain training data and chat logs as long as your workspace account remains active. If you delete a document or website from your dashboard, the corresponding vectors are immediately purged from active search indexes.
Rights to access, export, rectify, or delete your personal data.
Regardless of your location, ThinkQ honors fundamental privacy rights. You have the right to request a copy of your stored personal data, request correction of inaccurate info, or demand total deletion of your workspace.
Our policy regarding users under the age of 18.
ThinkQ services are intended for professional and adult users. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
